Who We Are

Our vision is to help everyday Australians achieve their Ambitions through clever financing. 

We love property and we love finance, it gets us up in the morning and helps us sleep at night. Property has helped us achieve our ambitions and we want to help you achieve your ambitions by leveraging one of the most powerful asset classes in the world!

 

How We Started

My journey started back in 2013 when I began my journey as an accidental investor, buying my first unit in Waterloo, Sydney. I didn’t know what I was doing, but my girlfriend (now wife) who had been investing since 2009, told me it was a good idea and without having a better way of building wealth I bit the bullet – I was lucky the Sydney market carried me and I made money off this deal years down the track, but knowing what I know now I would’ve done things SO differently!

Fast-track 11 years, I’ve upgraded my education, my skills and my mindset, built my A-Team, invested in both residential and commercial property, created a portfolio valued at circa $9 million, left my corporate job and live life on my terms!

My corporate role was centered around how to help businesses deliver value, but my ultimate passion is helping everyday people achieve their ambitions because there is nothing more satisfying than positively impacting someone’s life at a personal level.

 

How We Help

We understand property, but more importantly, we understand the lending strategy to acquire property. Not many investors have the cash available to buy property outright (even if they do, whether they should is another question), so it’s imperative to have a strategy around how lending is acquired. 

Most mortgage brokers are transactional and look at your maximum borrowing capacity, but we want to be your finance partner, and what that means is we want to understand your long term goals and help you create strategies to achieve those goals. 

Understanding leverage, how the banking/lending sector works, the buying process, due diligence, contacts for professionals to build your A-team, and much more, are all part of the strategy and we’re here to help you with all of these things. There are no guarantees in life, but you can be sure we’ll maximise your chances of success.

Absolutely! Taking the first step is always the hardest part, having anxiety or fear is normal. Just know that with more knowledge and experience you’ll build up the courage to overcome it all – we’re here to help you with this. Tell us about your goals and ambitions, and we can work on the next step together.

Unlike tactics, which are useful in the short term, that mostly focus on the next step; lending strategies look at the next few steps. Buying a first home is more straightforward in the scheme of things, but to build a portfolio (or buy a home with an existing portfolio) is much more complex and requires careful consideration as this could mean the ability to purchase that next property (and subsequent properties) or not. Having property investment experience is absolutely essential.

Absolutely. Everyone has their own goals and ambitions, and investing in property might not be part of your journey. If you’re looking for your first home, next home or refinancing – we can help with that.

Our services are completely free for our clients. We are paid by the lenders.

It’s also imperative to mention that we are regulated by ASIC and must comply with BID (Best Interests Duty), ensuring we always act in your best interest, even if there is a conflict with us or other parties.

But legalities aside, I started this business out of my passion to help others. My focus is to build long term relationships that ties my success to your success – so let’s do this together!

Yes indeed. This is a highly regulated space, so ensure you seek advice from your accountant before embarking on this journey (we can recommend one if needed). But we can absolutely help with this complex type of lending and connect you with the right lender to fund the investment property for your nest egg.

This depends on your personal circumstances. The rates marketed by banks/lenders always come with terms and conditions, so it’s not always what you’re eligible for. We assess everyone’s circumstances and will provide the most competitive rates on our panel; but at the same time keeping in mind sometimes the bank/lender with the lowest rate doesn’t have the features, policies or servicing calculators that will allow you to achieve your goals. This is particularly important for those that are looking to build large portfolios.

Something we always ask clients to keep in mind is their goals. The lender you are with now may not be the lender you’ll be with in a few years time because circumstances change, rates move, policies change and regulations update.

A question we always ask investors to consider is, “Would you pay an extra $10,000 if it meant you could make $100,000?”

We absolutely can. The advantage of working with us is we have extensive experience in this space and have contacts that can help build out your A-team.
